As we understand correctly we've answered you by email (we've received the email with a similar problem on our support email). I still gave this game a high rating because of the overall experience. Maybe it was just an issue with my phone, but it was a frustrating thing to have happen. I ended up restarting the whole game over, and after that it was just fine with no glitches. The game would shut down after selecting the last item on the pocket watch, and then I would restart the game and it would do it again. The game then crashed and closed after I selected the dog ( it was the last item I needed). At first I couldn’t find the tiny dog, but after numerous tries, and with the kind help of the developer I found it. This one was enjoyable enough that I purchased the bonus game for a mere $1.99 I had some issues with the pocket watch puzzle with the rotating rings. I love these types of point & click adventure games.
